Tantien is a denomination of Chinese origin. It is the name of the second chakra that represents the feminine power, the power of creation and the creative. This chakra activates our spine, our strength, it is the point of personal power, where we focus our breathing, our emotions, and our vital force. It is part of a complex system of energetic anatomy, which links its strength of achievement and awakens the will to live.
When we reconnect the three points of the Tantien: lower, middle and upper, it is possible to align the energies of personal power, to refine our heart and to make the connection with the universe.
